Al Ridella Joins Main Light as National Senior Business Development Representative

Main Light is happy to announce the addition of Al Ridella as a National Senior Business Development representative, based out of the Main Light Tri-State location in Teterboro, NJ. With an impressive 46 years of experience in the entertainment lighting industry, Ridella brings seasoned insight and expertise to Main Light.
Ridella's extensive career in the lighting industry began at Creative Technology and expanded through technical roles at Strand Lighting, Vanco, and Vari-Lite. He further refined his expertise by moving to client-facing positions at Morpheous, Bash, PRG, and High End Systems (HES), where he served as HES’ sales rep for the entire North East region. Most recently, Ridella dedicated 22 years at 4Wall Entertainment, where he consistently demonstrated his commitment to building lasting client relationships.
Ridella, an active alumnus of the North Carolina School of the Arts, particularly enjoys working with educational institutions and mentoring the industry's future leaders. On joining Main Light, Ridella shared, “It feels great to be back working alongside familiar faces. Having previously worked with Bob Cannon at Bash and Michael Cannon during my time at 4Wall, I'm genuinely excited about this new chapter and the opportunities ahead.
