If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Transaction Agreement, the applicable Transaction Agreement will control with respect to that transaction.

Information displayed on the Website does not modify or supersede the terms of an executed Transaction Agreement.

Main Light reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate in that defense.

20. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

Subject to any applicable Transaction Agreement and any rights that cannot lawfully be waived, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and the parties’ consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents Main Light from seeking injunctive or other appropriate equitable relief in another jurisdiction when necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, systems, or legal rights.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Main Light may revise these Terms from time to time.

When we revise these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document.

These Terms do not supersede an applicable Transaction Agreement governing a rental, sale, service, or other business transaction.

If you voluntarily provide Main Light with comments, ideas, recommendations, suggestions, or other feedback concerning the Website, Main Light may use that feedback for legitimate business purposes without compensation or obligation to you.

This provision does not grant Main Light ownership of confidential customer materials, production documents, or other User Content merely because those materials are submitted through the Website.
