Details
The ETC 50° EDLT Lens Tube provides the widest beam in the EDLT series, offering broad coverage with improved clarity and brightness. Its 50-degree field is perfect for short-throw applications or large area washes, all while projecting images with more crispness than a typical 50° lens. By upgrading to this EDLT, you gain increased lumen output and sharper focus, ensuring even wide lighting looks clear and bright on stage.
Features
- Enhanced Wide-Field Clarity: Delivers sharper focus and better image contrast across a 50° spread, for superior gobo projection and stage washes at short throws.
- Improved Brightness: Yields up to 22% more brightness than a standard 50° lens tube, so wide washes appear more luminous and consistent.
- High-Performance Optics: Features a dual aspheric lens assembly with anti-reflective coatings, maximizing light throughput and ensuring even field distribution.
- Plug-and-Play Fit: Installs into any ETC Source Four ellipsoidal fixture easily, immediately upgrading its output and focus quality.
- Quality Build: ETC’s robust construction with black aluminum barrel and precision-fitted lenses for dependable, long-term use.
Specifications
- Field Angle: 50° (extra-wide beam), ideal for short throw distances, large stage washes, and scenic projections requiring broad coverage.
- Compatibility: Works with all ETC Source Four family fixtures (standard EDLT barrel needed) including incandescent models and LED Series 1 & 2. (Can be used on Series 3 LED fixtures if a standard Source Four barrel is installed in place of the XDLT barrel.)
- Barrel Requirement: Uses the standard Source Four shutter barrel (not compatible with Series 3’s XDLT barrel without modification).
- Lens System: Enhanced-definition optical system with dual aspheric lenses and AR coating for best-in-class output and minimal aberration.
- Output Advantage: Produces a brighter, more even 50° field than the legacy lens tube, eliminating dim edges and increasing overall field lumens
