The ETC 14° XDLT (eXtended Definition Lens Tube) offers next-generation optics for Source Four LED fixtures, engineered for ultimate brightness and clarity. Its ultra-narrow 14-degree beam is perfect for long throws in large venues, delivering intense output and razor-sharp focus over distance. XDLT lenses drastically reduce chromatic aberration and light leakage, resulting in cleaner, high-contrast projections even from the farthest back of house. Designed with Series 3 LED in mind, the 14° XDLT unleashes maximum brightness (especially on ETC’s Series 3 Lustr fixtures) and brings a new level of precision to your lighting.

Specifications

Field Angle: 14° beam (ultra-narrow) delivers a tight, concentrated beam for long-throw projection and spot lighting.

Compatibility: Designed for ETC Source Four LED Series 3 fixtures (comes standard with Series 3). Also compatible with Source Four LED Series 2, Series 1, ColorSource Spot, and Source 4WRD when those fixtures are fitted with an XDLT shutter barrel. (Not for use on tungsten Source Fours due to heat constraints.)

Barrel Requirement: Requires an ETC XDLT Series 3 shutter barrel for mounting. (Series 3 fixtures include this by default; other fixtures need the XDLT barrel accessory to use XDLT lenses.)

Optical Components: Precision achromatic doublet lenses with anti-reflective coating, plus integrated color-corrective element (on this 14° model) for the highest contrast and color accuracy.

Performance: Provides extreme long-throw efficiency, significantly brighter and sharper than even EDLT lenses at 14°, making it a must-have for large venues or installations requiring maximum punch.
