We are looking for a Westcoast Rental Account Executive to help accelerate our next stage of growth. This individual will be responsible for finding new theatrical, corporate and entertainment lighting rental business opportunities and continual management of relationships to drive revenue in both rentals and new equipment sales. S/he is expected to have an established book of business on the Westcoast. This position will ensure the successful execution of the customers' needs and requests by liaising between customers and internal teams. This includes visiting clients for business development purposes as well as inside functions such as quoting.
What You Will Be Doing
- Developing new customers for Main Light, with a focus on theatrical, corporate, and entertainment lighting rentals.
- Educating current book of business on Main Light inventory and offerings.
- Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the location.
- Writing orders for rentals and new sales.
- Report on lost revenue activity and supply suggestions for future equipment needs.
- Utilize creativity to propose solutions for customers’ needs, based on available inventory levels.
- Responding to customer requests for quotes on rentals, and new lighting sales in a timely fashion, via phone, email, and chat.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
- Two to Five (2-5) years of previous experience with entertainment equipment rental and sales, specifically in the Southwestern region of the United States.
- Demonstrated understanding of Market Research, Sales, and negotiating principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to deal with both internal and external personnel.
- Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations and meet deadlines and goals.
- Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Position Summary
The Moving Light and Network Technician is responsible for preparing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting intelligent lighting fixtures and entertainment networking systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of equipment sent out on rental, supporting the company’s reputation for excellence and dependability.
What You Will Be Doing:
Test, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on moving lights and LED fixtures (e.g., Robe, ETC, Martin, Clay Paky, Chauvet, Elation).
Configure and test entertainment networking systems, including DMX, Art-Net, sACN, and proprietary control protocols.
Perform software updates and firmware upgrades on fixtures and networking devices.
Utilize test consoles and software tools (e.g., GrandMA, ETC EOS, Pathway, Luminex, Net3 Concert) to verify system integrity.
Collaborate with the Operations and Rental Teams to ensure equipment is show-ready and meets customer specifications.
Document repairs, configurations, and maintenance logs in inventory or ticketing systems.
Assist in cable prep and control system builds as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Stay current on new technologies and best practices in lighting and entertainment networking.
Provide assistance in other departments as required.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
Two (2) plus years of experience working with intelligent lighting systems and entertainment networks in a production, rental, or systems integration environment.
Proficient in DMX, Art-Net, sACN, and common entertainment control systems.
Strong knowledge of moving light functionality and repair.
Familiarity with lighting control consoles and networking tools (e.g., MA, ETC, Pathway, Luminex).
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification a plus.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift 50 plus lbs. and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Preferred Qualifications
ETCP Certification (Entertainment Electrician)
Experience with Vectorworks, Lightwright, or similar design/plotting software
Familiarity with rental inventory software (e.g., Rentalworks, Flex, IntelliEvent)
Basic soldering and electronics repair skills.
