Position: Full-time
Hours:Mon-Friday8am-5pm
The Technician Level I is responsible for repairing and maintaining all LED and non-moving lights. This includes inspecting, prepping, maintaining, and organizing all LED and non-moving lights. Workflow will follow company standards and procedures.
What You Will Be Doing
- Checking in and out orders including scanning equipment barcodes and/or entering quantity count data.
- Cleaning, organizing, and updating the inventory.
- General repair and maintenance of the LED and non-moving lights.
- Preparing/prepping equipment for orders and return equipment back to inventory.
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience with non-moving lights.
- Demonstrated technical/electronics training and/or experience is required.
- Must have good troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Must be able to take directions as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
- Must be able to lift 75lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Duties may include loading and unloading trucks.
- Experience in entertainment lighting industry is strongly preferred.
- Organized.
- Computer skills.
- Candidates also must be a team player and have the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to communicate with tact, clarity, and accuracy.

Position: Full-time
Hours:Mon-Friday8am-5pm
The Warehouse Floater assists various departments with the repair and maintenance of the equipment in the department, along with pulling of equipment for customer orders. The focus of work is on prepping, cleaning, inspecting, testing, returning to rental-ready status, and repairs as needed. This position is assigned to departments as workflow dictates.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist departments as needed, including check-in and cable.
- Cleaning, updating, and checking of equipment prior to customer order.
- Generalized maintenance, as assigned and based on knowledge.
- Assisting dock with loading and unloading trucks.
- Execute timely pick-list completion
- Order Check-in, including some disassembly of packages.Order Check-out including some assembly of packages.
- Directed to assigned departments by Shop Foreman, with daily tasks assigned by department head.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous entertainment or military electronic equipment experience preferred.
- Candidatesmustalsobeingoodphysicalconditionwiththe ability to lift 75lbs.
- Organizational, as well as computer skills are alsorequired.
- Candidatesalsomustbeateamplayerand have the ability to work independently.
- Candidates will need to provide their own basic toolset to perform their job duties.
- The company provides specialized tools.
