Hours: Mon-Friday 8am-5pm

The Electronics repair tech is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the equipment in the department, along with pulling of equipment for customer orders. Focus of work is on repairs, prepping, cleaning, inspecting, testing and returning to rental-ready status. Workflow will follow company standards and procedures.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Test, troubleshoot, and repair lighting consoles both under supervision and independently.
  • Prep new equipment for placement in rental fleet, as per company guidelines.
  • Maintenance of equipment in rental-ready status, including prep and de-prep of equipment.
  • Cleaning, updating, checking, and testing of equipment prior to customer order.
  • Generalized repairs, up to board work.
  • Assisting dock with check-ins and returns to department.
  • Execute timely pick-list completion
  • Maintaining an organized and clean department
  • Working with customers, as needed, to provide technical support.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous entertainment equipment repair experience preferred, specifically with lighting consoles and automated lighting systems.
  • Technical/Electronics training and experience is required.
  • Candidates must also be in good physical condition with the ability to lift 75lbs.
  • Organizational, as well as computer skills are also
  • Candidates also must be a team player and can work independently.

The Inside Account Manager is responsible for being the liaise between customers and internal worksite departments with a focus on timely execution of order writing to successfully achieve customer’s needed requests. Position will support senior sales team with overflow work, while also servicing new customers who call in to place orders. Workflow will follow company standards and procedures.  

What You Will Be Doing

  • Responding to customer requests for quotes in a timely fashion, via phone, email and chat.
  • Writing orders for both sales and rentals
  • Quoting approved pricing, preparing contracts and assisting customers through any new customer paperwork.
  • Closing orders that have been shipped and received by customer, or back in warehouse.
  • Report on lost sales activity and supply suggestions for future equipment needs
  • Assist customers with any disputes or equipment issues
  • Support senior sales team members with their overflow workload, as it relates to customer order writing and follow-up.
  • Utilize creativity to propose solutions for customer’s needs, based on available inventory levels.
  • Build a strong knowledge of our inventory and customer base.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous entertainment industry sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of inside sales environment.
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Organizational, as well as computer skills are also required.
  • Candidates also must be a team player and have the ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to communicate with tact, clarity and accuracy.

The Warehouse Associate assists various departments with the repair and maintenance of the equipment in the department, along with pulling of equipment for customer orders. Focus of work is on prepping, cleaning, inspecting, testing, returning to rental-ready status, and repairs as needed. This position is assigned to departments as workflow dictates.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist departments as needed, including check-in, dock and cable.
  • Cleaning, updating, checking, and testing of equipment prior to customer order.
  • Generalized maintenance, as assigned and based on knowledge.
  • Assisting dock with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Execute timely pick-list completion
  • Order Check-in, including some disassembly of packages. Order Check-out including some assembly of packages.
  • Directed to assigned departments by Shop Foreman, with daily tasks assigned by department head.

  • Previous entertainment or military electronic equipment experience preferred.
  • Candidates must also be in good physical condition with the ability to lift 75lbs.
