Main Light South: Nashville, TN
Location: Antioch, Tennessee
Position: Full-time
Hours: Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
The House of Worship National Account Executive is responsible for building strong relationships with leaders of Houses of Worship nationally in order to drive revenue in both rentals and sales. S/he will have a focus on timely execution of order writing to successfully achieve customer’s needed requests and will be working out of the office in Antioch, TN.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responding to customer requests for quotes on new and used lighting in a timely fashion, via phone, email, and chat.
- Writing orders for both new and used sales, and rentals.
- Quoting approved pricing, preparing contracts and assisting customers through any new customer paperwork.
- Report on lost sales activity and supply suggestions for future equipment needs.
- Assist customers with any disputes or equipment issues.
- Utilize creativity to propose solutions for customer’s needs, based on available inventory levels.
- Build a strong knowledge of our inventory and customer base.
- Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the location.
- Establish and maintain relationships within the House of Worship leadership.
- Suggest new business opportunities in House of Worship markets for all current and new customers and revenue streams.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous House of Worship sales experience is preferred.
- Extensive list of contacts within House of Worship market.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Vast knowledge of the respective local markets
- Familiarity with entertainment lighting.
- Organizational, as well as computer skills are also
- Candidates also must be a team player and have the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to communicate with tact, clarity and accuracy.

The Moving Lights Department tech is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment in the department, along with pulling of equipment for customer orders. Focus of work is on prepping, cleaning, inspecting, testing, returning to rental-ready status, and repairs as needed. Workflow will follow company standards and procedures.
What You Will Be Doing
·
Maintenance of equipment in rental-ready status,
including prep and de-prep of equipment.
·
Cleaning,
updating, checking, and testing of equipment prior to customer order.
·
Generalized
repairs.
·
Assisting
dock with check-ins and returns to department.
·
Execute
timely pick-list completion
·
Maintaining
an organized and clean department
·
Working with
customers, as needed, to provide technical support.
What We Are Looking For
· Previous entertainment equipment experience
preferred, specifically with moving lights and associated equipment.
· Technical/Electronics training and experience is
required. Candidate should have prior certification from a moving light
manufacturer.
· Candidates must also be in good physical
condition with the ability to lift 75lbs.
· Organizational, as well as computer skills are
also required.
· Candidates also must be a team player
and have the ability to work independently.
